First time getting have Bill's BBQ, the BBQ sandwich was really good extremely tender, the sauce was very different than your usual BBQ sauce it almost had like a sweet and sour taste to it. Their Burgers were good too, my kids loved the fries and the onion rings were on point. All in all good cooking is being done at Bill's BBQ, if you are stopping in Metropolis to see Superman than you should definitely stop and get a BBQ Sandwich at Bill's BBQ, I know I will be back.

75 yr reputation of the best barbeque in the 4 state area. They are back to smoking there meat. Now they have a great barbeque. I will be eating there a lot. Invite all to give it a try. Good job guys!
